In 1997 daughter, Jennifer, and I took a vacation together and visited the Kojima and McNemee families in Atsugi, Japan.
We visited the elementary school classes of both nephews, Kelly and Christopher McNemee.
Shortly after we returned home we received 34 "Thank You" notes from the students in Christopher's class.
They make VERY interesting reading if you are able!
It seem likely that the Japanese students that wrote these notes back in 1997 have no memory of writing them or the memory
of the hairy armed "gaijin" that visited them that day. However, I remember that memorable visit just like it was yesterday.
